Fatal fire at Manhattan Box 1146

NEW YORK – CBS New York reports that one person was killed, and another critically injured in a high-rise fire on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Firefighters responded to Box 1146 at 351 East 84th Street for fire on the 25th floor at approximately 9:00 p.m. Friday night.
A 76-year old man was found in a bedroom and died from burn injuries.
The fire was extinguished in less than an hour.
The cause of the fire was unknown.
