One Hurt in Honolulu High-Rise Fire

HONOLULU, Hawaii – The Honolulu Star Advertiser reports that one person was injured in a high-rise apartment fire on Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to 1655 Makaloa Street at 2:17 p.m. for a fire on the 14th floor.

A resident reportedly suffered some inhalation while trying to extinguish the fire.

The Star Advertiser stated that operations were completed in a little over an hour.
