Over 100 Evacuated During Atlantic City High-Rise Fire

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (SNJToday) – As if the blizzard conditions weren’t enough on Thursday night, January 4th, residents in an Atlantic City high rise were evacuated for an electrical fire.

The fire, at Jeffries Inlet Tower, led to 291 residential evacuations from the 16-story apartment building, which is home to senior and disabled citizens.

The fire broke out on the first and second floors of the building.
