SAN FRANCISCO, California – CBS Bay Area reports that San Francisco firefighters responded to a fire in a residential high-rise building on Beale Street on Tuesday evening.

The fire was reported on the 18th floor of the building.

Firefighters had the fire, in an unoccupied apartment, extinguished in 30 minutes..

There were no reported injuries.
